Need help with a shade, a size or an order? Email info@nodrillrollershades.com.

We answer email Monday to Friday. We usually reply within 1 business day.

What to send

Please send:

• your order number, if you have one;
• a short note about what you need; and
• photos of the window or shade, if they help.

For a fit question, send your window size and the mount you chose. If you cannot send photos, ask us for help.

Do not send card numbers or other payment details by email.

Need a change or a return?

Email us right away if you need to change or cancel. It is free until we send your order to the factory. This is the next business day. You still have rights if your order is late.

Please do not send a shade back unless we ask. We will give you return steps if needed.
